As a Director level in an IC capacity, conscious agreements are crucial to a team's ability to make progress in chaos. I worked closely with the Creative Director to form these agreements in a flexible, real-time way.

As a people leader, I was responsible for a team of 5–7 designers, spanning CX, Web, Social, Campaign, and Internal Comms. Choosing where to go deep, and where to zoom out of each team's work was crucial to this role—as is taking chances on what individuals may need to grow and gain confidence.

For 2 years, I covered maternity leaves back to back. Loved it! One of my gifts is to seamlessly integrate as a team member, with the understanding of a short term stay (3–6 months). My broad history with marketing channels, systems, roles, and materials make this possible.
